Braves finish season with 13-5 mark and strong defense
Sterling Braves end with a 13-5 overall record and an 8-3 NCIC tally under coach Jim McKinzie. Despite weekly player absences and a February injury to Dean Benkins, the team fought to the end. Key contributors include Bob Tonkin at 49 percent shooting, leadership from Renkes, and solid rebounding.
