The G A A plan leap year dance two weeks before the senior dance on April 19. Seniors will instead hold a hard times dance and urge fellows to secure dates early for April 19.
The Junior Hi Y and Junior Hi T ri held a joint gathering with a picnic supper in the S. H. 5 gym last Tuesday. Mrs. Jerome Robbins spoke to the group as pingpong and other games entertained the attendees. DeVere Leonard and Beverly Anderson led as co chairmen with a team including Dean Dahlgren Bill Dies Dick Breitwiser Vivian Wolf Leona Branch and Elizabeth Chamber lain assisting.
Lyle B Wilcox hosted the Senior Hi V meeting at his home on February 27 with about thirty attendees including Mr and Mrs Wilcox. Earl Prince spoke on business trends noting success comes from observing and acting on trends. Rev Uhlinger addressed the Senior Hi Y on the church relationship. Junior Hi Y introduced an interactive roll call using places, events, or famous Americans and their significance, with themes chosen by Mr Terhune and Mr Brandau.
