West Virginia Presbytery Meeting in Charleston
Kanawha Presbytery is called to meet at the First Presbyterian Church in Charleston West Virginia on Tuesday November 21 at 2 PM to grant Rev C A McConaughy a letter of dismissal to Montgomery Presbytery to receive Rev EB 1 Wilson from East Alabama Presbytery and to receive Rev J S Robinson.

Presbyterians Receive Groves as Pastor Call in Charleston
On November 15 1922 the Presbytery of Macon approved Rev L P Groves transfer from Greenbrier to receive a call from First Presbyterian Church Charleston West Virginia and arrange his installation as pastor. Evangelistic services held ten days at the church with Rev C A Engle and Mrs Engle assisting. Nineteen new members joined on profession of faith as the Spirit blessed the Word and song.
