Utah House passes bill to remove addresses from vehicle registrations
Rep. Stephen Handy sponsored HB 79 to strip addresses from state vehicle registrations and allow auto insurers to issue information without addresses starting 2014. The bill passed the House unanimously and moves to the Senate.
