Utah seeks joint control of health insurance plan
Utah Governor Gary Herbert announced a shift toward a parallel federal state approach for health insurance exchanges. The state will run Avenue H for small businesses while federal officials would administer individual plans, tax credits, and Medicaid expansion, pending ACA compliance.
