The Texas Cowboy Reunion Association organization of oldtime cowboys and cattlemen and the Texas Cowboy Reunion Inc will hold a joint meeting Tuesday at noon with a chuck wagon feed at the Bunkhouse followed by a business session. Presidents Frank Greenwood and W G Swenson call the meeting to decide changes in membership qualifications and address other business. Greenwood arrives in Stamford Monday and will stay with his daughter Mrs Cleburne Huston.

Civilian flight instructor Louie Conroe Dearley 25 and Aviation Cadet Stanley A. Siegel died when an Army trainer crashed near Stamford Arledge Field during a routine morning training flight. Hughes Completes Machinist Course at Chanute Field
Pvt. I. O. Hughes Jr. completed a machinist course in the bomber division at Chanute Field Rantoul NL on August 16 and returned home for two weeks before sailing to Tucson Air Base Arizona.
