Manuel Elias 25 of Stamford and a Vietnam veteran was jailed on $1500 bond after Stamford police officer Louis Johnson arrested him Saturday night on felony possession of marijuana charges. Elias allegedly had a small bag of marijuana in his possession while visiting for Thanksgiving. he has ties to Tennessee but grew up in the area.
