Don Elmore Named Stamford Postmaster In Texas

A 46-year-old Hamlin native, Don Elmore, is named Stamford postmaster succeeding John Gee who becomes Clyde postmaster. Elmore, a 20-year Post Office veteran, will report Nov 29 after serving as officer in charge in Stamford, Haskell, and Rotan. He is married to Glenda Cook with two children, Debbie and Randy, and is active in rodeo, Rotary, and local church activities.
