United Services Planned for Stamford Thanksgiving Service
Churches in Stamford will join for a Community Thanksgiving Service on Wednesday November 21 at 7 p.m. in Central Presbyterian Church. Sponsored by the Stamford Ministerial Alliance the service will be led by ministers from area denominations. Rev Phillip Watson will deliver the sermon with Rev Larry Thomas and T O Upshaw among participants. Special music congregational singing and responsive readings are planned. An offering will support benevolent ministries of Stamford Ministerial Alliance.
