Friday night the Braves scored eight runs on seven hits to defeat the Red Sox 8 4 and the Red Sox beat the Dodgers 3 1 on Tuesday night Ray Williams earned the win for the Red Sox. June 4 the Cards face the Red Sox at 6 pm and the Dodgers meet the Braves at 7 30 pm. Dodgers play the Cards June 8 at 6 pm and Red Sox face the Braves at 7 30 pm.

Rains Hinder Pee Wee League Schedule Pirates Beat Cubs 6-3
The Pirates defeated the Cubs 6-3 Thursday night in the lone Pee Wee game this week as rain wiped out the Jet-Astro game and postponed a later meeting. Six Delinquent Tax Suits Dismissed by Judge
District Judge J. Neil Daniel last week dismissed six delinquent tax suits filed in 1969 in 104th District Court.
