Lose Little Son Leonard Petree Dies at 7
Leonard Petree seven year old son of Mr and Mrs Ed Petree of Haskell died after a lingering illness. He had been staying with his uncle and aunt Mr and Mrs H B Adams at the Peat community. The parents brought him to Stamford Sanitarium Sunday where he died Monday morning at nine. The body was taken to Haskell for interment with Penick Hughes Undertaking Department in charge. The family and friends in the area mourn his loss.

Local Citizen J M Moon Dies At Home After Long Illness
J M Moon died Saturday morning at 10 oclock at his family home on Swenson Avenue after a long illness tied to high blood pressure. Born September 6, 1855 in Burleson County he married Almeta Vaughter in Tate County Mississippi on November 13 187? Nine children survived. Moon was a longtime Christian worker in the Missionary Society and a faithful husband. Funeral services were held at his residence with his pastor and relatives in attendance.
