Stamford youths sweep county show trophies at Anson event
At the Jones County Livestock Show in Anson, Stamford and area youths won multiple trophies across rabbits, sheep, hogs, poultry, and calves. City collects first 1981 sales tax check in Stamford
The Comptroller of Public Accounts sent Stamford a January 1981 sales tax payment of 7,683.44 dollars, up 104 percent from January 1980.
