Homer Altman 26 is a sought suspect after leaving the scene in a 1028 Whippet coupe with his brother Jim. No witnesses. Sidney Tanner son found the body in the hogpen with the head wound.

Funeral for William P McDonald of Stamford was held Saturday morning at St John’s Methodist Church with Rev T C Roney and Dr W G Pletcher leading services. He was born March 1895 in Uphur Springs and died at home on Baet Reynolds Street. He worked at Swenson Land & Cattle Co for 12 years and had been active in Rotary Mason Knights of Pythias and the Presbyterian church. Interment followed at Highland Cemetery.
