Funeral set for Pfc Andy Jeter former Stamford boy killed in action
Funeral services for Pfc Andy Jeter killed in action in Korea will be held Sunday at 2 pm at the Church of Christ in Wichita Falls. Jeter born in Wichita Falls December 24 1928 grew up here and attended Stamford High. He was a World War II veteran who rejoined the service in 1950 and died May 18 1951. He is survived by his wife Florence Brown his father Z A Jeter his sister in Wichita Falls and two other sisters in Jacksboro and Wichita Falls.
