The Custom Processing Co. Inc. began its first cattle run under federal inspection Wednesday with 4 head. The Abilene duo C E Gatlin and Ford lead the outfit, which aims to process up to 50 cattle daily and expand as needed. Scouts Gather Heart Funds in Stamford on Heart Day
Scouts from Stamford will canvass homes Sunday starting at 2 50 pm in uniform to raise funds for the heart drive. Led by I A Russell the group includes Boy Scouts cubs and explorers carrying canisters and literature to place in homes.
