The Texas Highway Department announces a proposed FL M Highway 12 project from Bethel Lutheran Church to U.S. 380 in Avoca Texas. The plan runs along county roads south of the church for about 1.5 miles then west 4 miles into Avoca with standard farm-to-market paving and drainage.
