Senior Class Enjoys Friday Night Festivities
Last Friday the Senior Class was treated to games and refreshments served after a program by Misses Vida Amerson and Katherine Tadlock. Faculty members and parents attended with sponsor Miss Margaret Crockett while seniors show off newly received green and white gold rings. Track and basketball athletes under Coach Knight stay active with prospects for another championship season. Coach Knight officiated at Roby county basketball tournament. Louise Brown returns to school after a brief illness.

Wrestling To Be Staged By Local Legion In Stamford
The Vernon D. Hart Post of the American Legion voted to stage a series of wrestling bouts in Stamford. They will construct a portable ring for the City Auditorium and hire famed wrestler Mervin Barackman from Knox City, who has a strong following in Haskell and Knox City. The meeting drew its best attendance of the year.
