Park Board Seeks Funds for Lake Stamford State Park

Albert S Turner, 67, died of a heart attack at the family home three miles south of Stamford Thursday at 10 am. He is survived by sisters Zubie Turner and Bessie Turner, brothers Ernest Turner and Lester Turner, and was a WWI veteran, American Legion member, and Baptist. Funeral held Friday at 2:30 pm at Kinney Funeral Chapel with burial in Highland cemetery.
