Stamford public school faculty is expected to be complete after the school board meeting Thursday night. Supt. L W Johnson said few changes occurred over the summer and most faculty will return. Betty Lou Brogden will lead the commercial department, replacing Beth Winter who joined Arlington State College. Brogden, a North Texas State College graduate from Cisco, taught for a year.
