Carlton Hall Building Co shares readied for registration
A Carlton meeting at the Royal Hotel heard that the provisional directors secured a land plot 650 by 130 feet at the Station in Short Street and that 100 more shares were needed to register the company. Shareholders adopted the report and five volunteers were asked to canvass for the remaining 50 shares needed for registration.
