Kentuckian Who Has Made Good in Real Estate
Garksville Tennessee January 14. Montgomery county resident Mr Unseld, a prominent and wealthy land dealer, began as a 13 year old clerk in Nelson county Kentucky. He built a vast portfolio across the South America and Mexico, including 5,000 acres in Mexico and 30,000 in Mississippi, amassing wealth through land trades and shrewd deals. He credits newspaper advertising for much of his success and rarely visits the city, living quietly with extended family.
