Springfield civic meeting nominates city candidates
Citizens of Springfield gathered at the Court House to nominate city officers. Gen. C. B. Holland chaired, Col. W. D. Hubbard secretaried, and a five member resolutions committee led by Ellis drafted platform notes. Local items followed including business relocations and church notes.
