Final payments on oats and barley pools begin Oct 16
The Canadian Wheat Board will start final payments on the 1949-50 oats and barley pools on October 16. Final payments will be grade based with oats averaging about 19.5 cents per bushel and barley principal grades yielding roughly 44.5 to 47 cents per bushel.
