A joint Dominion Day committee formed by the Brokenhead Agricultural Society Beausejour Board of Trade and Beausejour Legion will stage a Sports Day and Welcome Home for Brokenhead servicemen in Beausejour on July 1 1946. Features include Band of Military District No 10 a City Hydro floor show baseball softball tournaments boxing wrestling weight lifting gymnastic displays and prizes over 500 dollars. Aiming for the largest Beausejour crowd ever with on grounds refreshments and events for adults and children tickets will go on sale soon with free admission for children under school age.
