Baldur Holm's Rink Tops Annual Bonspiel in Lac du Bonnet
Over the weekend the Lac du Bonnet Men's Open Bonspiel drew thirty six rinks. Baldur Holm's rink from Pembina Curling Club Winnipeg defeated Joe Nesper's Lac du Bonnet rink to win the top prize. Final standings list Ed Wuschke Pinawa, D. Allen Wi 2nd Event Mac Howe's Wi secs, Randall Fourbert Lac du Bonnet, Dan Jackson Werner Lake third, L Cherry Beausejour fourth. Bruce Chapman Lac du Bonnet won 3rd Event with the Winnipeg rink taking 2nd. J DeMuynck Lac du Bonnet finished fourth. Ted Parry Manitoba Hydro supervisor noted at Great Falls Pine Falls McArthur Falls.
