International Flower Show Opens August 20
The fifteenth annual event at Polo Park runs August 20 to 21 and features the Canadian National Rose Show the Canadian International Gladiolus Show and the Manitoba Provincial Honey Show. Visitors can view roses dahlias glads African Violets cut flowers arrangements and house plants. Exhibits include Manitoba honey fruit vegetables and children's models from Manitoba-grown produce. A Province of Manitoba Award will be given to the exhibitor with the best arrangement open to competitors from Canada or the United States.
