Startling Stork Proverbie Race Ends With Baby Finch
A race from Lac du Bonnet to Pine Falls Hospital ended when the stork delivered a baby boy at the hospital door. Mr and Mrs E Finch and the car driver faced detours and delays but the stork reached the hospital first. Both mother and baby are well and the father and driver recover from shock. The driver vows a plane for future races to avoid corner cutting.
