Bennington, where she underwent surgery on Monday.Malcolm Brownell of North Hoosick, area claims representative for the National Grange Mutual Insurance Co. with headquarters in Keene, N.H., has received a diploma from the Insurance Institute of America Inc., as the result of the recent 1971 examinations.The diploma is granted to claims personnel in property and liability insurance, who have completed the six-semester program in insurance adjusting, and six national examinations in insurance and claims.Brownell is a 1951 graduate of Hoosick Falls Central School.
