Firm pressing ahead with wind farm plans in Adams County
Plans remain under way for a $300 million Prairie Mills Wind Farm in Adams County Illinois. New York based Global Wind Harvest says a new joint venture is being hammered out after partner Acciona Energy pulled out months ago. Opposition surfaced last year to the project that for years has been discussed since 2008.
