Tough words from general on Afghan insider attacks
Army General Martin Dempsey called insider attacks by Afghan soldiers and police a very serious threat to the war effort. He urged the Afghan government to treat the problem with the same urgency as U.S. commanders and noted attacks this year have killed at least 51 allied troops, mostly Americans. Two British soldiers and four American troops were killed in the latest incidents in Helmand and Zabul.
