Railroad officials searched Friday for the cause of a Canadian National derailment near Salem that forced evacuation of about 50 people. Most evacuees returned by Friday early, while 15 derailed cars carried phosphoric acid with no leaks. Traffic on Interstate 57 was rerouted and Salem officials said normalcy was returning.
