The 5th Annual First Cellular Main Street Pig Out rolls through downtown Carbondale on Sept 14 15 with four cooking categories including Chicken Pork Ribs Pork Roast and Beef Brisket. Golconda on Main Street will start taking orders for frozen fresh water shrimp for pickup at the Shrimp Festival on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Shrimp come in 10 count bags containing 1 to 3 ounce shrimp, bagged in water for $15. Orders require a credit card and can be placed at 683-6246.
