Panel ends bounty suspensions for Vilma Fujita Smith
The appeals panel lifted suspensions for Jonathan Vilma Scott Fujita and Will Smith pending expedited disciplinary action. Anthony Hargrove also gains eligibility to seek NFL interest while not yet reinstated long term. The ruling does not void suspensions and Donnell Goodell may issue new discipline.
