Father charged after pit bull attack on visiting teen
Milwaukee Wisconsin man Richard Lisko 58 is charged with false imprisonment injury by negligent use of a dangerous weapon and substantial battery for tying an 18 year old visitor and ordering his pit bull Bubba to attack The teen says his own father Joel Kennedy 43 aided in restraining him and failing to help a victim The attack occurred August 31 During the incident the teen suffered neck ear and scalp bites rope burns and was kept upside down for about an hour
