SIU Carbondale Student Services Building rises toward completion
On the SIU Carbondale campus the Student Services Building steel skeleton is visible as construction advances toward fall 2013 completion. Chancellor Rita Cheng says structural steel should finish in about a month with concrete floors, HVAC work underway and weather permitting, the building could open by late summer for the fall 2013 semester.
