Marion plans lower cost Christmas decor for Tower Square
Bill and Pat Dwyer of the Marion Main Street Promotions Committee propose buying artificial trees and lamp pole light strappings to decorate Tower Square this Christmas. City officials approved a $4,000 plan, far less than last year's $7,500 to $8,500. Decorations are slated for around Thanksgiving.
