Panthers seek victory as Salukis host Northern Iowa
Salukis coach Bill Kilgore preaches caution despite a strong win over Western Illinois. He notes SIU relies on freshmen and sophomores and faces a tough test against a rested Northern Iowa squad at McAndrew Stadium. A 0-2 start in the league would end title hopes, so SIU aims to match UNI’s intensity.
