Bus driver gets up to ten years in fatal tour bus crash
William Hovan, 60, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and related counts for a June 2002 crash near Rochester that killed five people from Waterbury, Conn. He admitted gambling all weekend at a Canadian casino and getting only 3 1/2 hours sleep before the trip. The tour bus plunged off a NY Thruway embankment after a guardrail collision.
