A former New Jersey convenience store worker, Pedro Hernandez, 51, was arrested on a murder charge in the 1979 disappearance of six year old Etan Patz. Hernandez, who moved to New Jersey after the crime, is married with a teenage daughter and had worked at the store briefly.
