Southern Illinois is projected to see a sequence of clear to partly cloudy days. Yves Rossy, the Swiss jet suit pioneer, flew about eight minutes 200 feet above the Grand Canyon rim on the Hualapai Reservation in Arizona. The stunt lasted until he deployed a parachute and landed on the canyon floor after FAA clearance moments earlier.
