Vandalism at Carbondale High Leads to Charges for Three Students
Three Carbondale high school students Justin M. David 18 John H. Hayes 18 and John P. Beyler 18 were charged with institutional vandalism and burglary. Beyler faces aggravated battery as well. Police report alarms, security footage and a mess including stink bait a dead wildlife remains and damaged fire safety gear. Damages exceed 1000 dollars. All were detained and await further legal action.
