Springfield bill allows farmers to drive heavier trucks for limited distances on local roads during harvest. Senate Bill 2327 authorizes permits for up to 50 miles of access, trucks may weigh up to 80,000 pounds, and fees are five dollars per axle. The measure moves to the Senate to reconcile changes.
