Ten nations press renewed push for nonproliferation
In Berlin ten foreign ministers including Germany and Japan urged renewed global effort to curb nuclear material production and push toward disarmament. They called for swift adoption of a CTBT and greater transparency from nuclear states, stressing that ending nuclear testing strengthens security and the nonproliferation regime.
