Photos and story by Chuck Novara cover Murphysboro Easter activities organized by the Murphysboro High School Key Club Patriots Bravo Company and the Murphysboro Park District. About 500 children from kindergarten to fourth grade joined the 13th annual event with 8,500 eggs filled by 140 Key Club volunteers. Winners in four bonnet categories received cash prizes while all participants earned a Sacajawea dollar.
