Illinois killer Nicholas Sheley no longer faces death penalty
Prosecutors in Illinois say they will not seek the death penalty for Nicholas Sheley in a case involving eight deaths across two states. State's attorney John Pepmeyer filed a motion to decertify the case after Gov. Pat Quinn banned capital punishment.
