Suspect Marcus Wesson pleads innocent in Fresno case
A man accused of killing nine of his children pleaded innocent in Fresno California. His attorney asked a judge to lift the jail visitation ban for surviving relatives. Judge Brant Bramer set a Tuesday hearing on the motion. Wesson remains in isolation at Fresno County Jail with no visits or calls. The decision followed a jail phone tip from a woman received March 14 after the bodies were found.
