Buckley Bonuses Lift 3M CEO Pay 41 Percent in 2010

3M Chief Executive George Buckley saw compensation rise 41 percent to 19.7 million with base salary unchanged at 1.7 million. Stock awards climbed 85 percent to 8 million, option awards held at 3.8 million, and the cash bonus jumped 45 percent to 5.6 million. Grain futures rise on Chicago Board of Trade
