Suspect named in Carlisle Army barracks officer's wife murder
Investigators say they have a suspect in the killing of Suzanne Bartlett on the Carlisle Army Barracks grounds. Bartlett, wife of Lt Col David P Bartlett Jr, was found beaten and strangled in a stream. The suspect, unnamed, lives at the barracks and is under military control. no charges filed. The case appears to be the first homicide at the historic post dating to the 1750s.
