Murle Mack Hill 81 of Herrin died at 8 45 a.m. Saturday March 20 2004 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center Marion. He lived in Herrin with his wife Lily Pearl Hale Hill. Survived by wife Pearl Hill and several children and grandchildren. Service 10 a.m. Tuesday March 23 at Johnson Hughes Funeral Home Herrin with graveside 2 p.m. at Lightner Cemetery Scott City Mo. Visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Graveside Funeral details to meet at cemetery.

Father sues wife over stabbings of two sons
