Illinois FEC cites 11 candidates for failing pre primary reports
The Federal Elections Commission disclosed 11 Illinois congressional candidates who did not file 10 day pre primary campaign finance reports. Lar Daly, running token opposition to Sen. Charles Percy, was the only Senate hopeful on the list and neither his individual nor principal committee reports were filed. The 10 day report covers finances from January 1 to March 6 and was due March 11, ten days before the primary.
